Anxiety can manifest in different ways such as panic attacks, phobias, and excessive worrying, among others. This mental health condition can impact a person's daily life and make it difficult to concentrate on tasks or enjoy activities. Although it is a normal human emotion, chronic anxiety can be detrimental to one's mental and physical well-being. Managing anxiety can involve a combination of therapy, lifestyle changes, and possibly medication. With proper treatment, it is possible to live peacefully with anxiety.
